We design each home around the way it will be used, adapting the layout to the available space, the function of each room and the number of bedrooms required.

Kiilto Kestokol WR 05 adhesive (Finland)

Painting: professional four-coat Teknos system.

Coat 1: deep biological protection and antiseptic treatment of the timber substrate.

Coat 2: specialised insulating primer (protection against resin bleed from pine).

Coats 3 and 4: two layers of weather-resistant industrial-grade topcoat. (Finland)

Energy-efficient double-chamber insulating glass units

Multifunctional, toughened, energy-efficient glass with warm-edge spacers and argon gas filling. Overall thickness: 65 mm.

Manufacturing typically takes between 4 and 10 months, depending on the chosen model and specification.

The price includes manufacture of the home according to your chosen specification and any selected optional features. Contact us and we will provide the available specification packages.

Delivery, installation, foundations and utility connections are priced separately, as costs depend on the location of the site and local construction conditions.

Based on the ground conditions and the proposed building footprint, our engineer will recommend the most suitable foundation solution for your site.

Yes. Our homes are designed for comfortable year-round living. High-performance insulation and energy-efficient construction provide a stable and comfortable indoor environment in every season.

The house is delivered to site as prefabricated wall elements. Once the foundations are ready, installation typically takes between 3 and 7 days.
